Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP and leadership to improve the organization’s operating rhythm.
- Drive execution on critical technical programs and unblock dependencies.
- Facilitate alignment between Hardware, Autonomy, and Commercial teams.
- Manage leadership meetings and maintain accountability across teams.
- Anticipate risks and drive solutions across engineering interfaces.
- Support strategy and execution with hardware partnerships and cross-functional teams.
- Translate technical updates into executive-ready insights for senior leadership.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in consulting or technical leadership in hardware engineering.
- Strong technical acumen across hardware, mechanical, and electrical domains.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for influencing and aligning teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems in cross-functional environments.
- Track record of driving process improvements and increasing leadership leverage.
- Experience in automotive, robotics, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
