Responsibilities
- Perform static, dynamic, and DaDT structural analyses of metallic and composite airframe structures.
- Ensure designs meet program requirements, focusing on cost, quality, and schedule objectives.
- Derive non-flight applied loads and perform weight and stiffness optimization using various software applications.
- Collaborate in a team environment to prioritize and adjust tasks.
- Analyze complex problems and develop solutions.
- Maintain compliance with program funding requirements.
- Obtain and maintain necessary government clearance for the position.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience for Principal level or 8 years for Senior Principal level in aerospace structural analysis.
- Experience with structural analysis in airframe, crew systems, or structural integrity preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as FEMAP, NX, and Teamcenter.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for clearance positions.
