Responsibilities
- Aircraft engine physical and functional integration for military aircraft
- Development of propulsion system requirements and Interface Control Document (ICD)
- Interfacing with engine and propulsion system suppliers
- Planning, executing, and verifying propulsion system tests
- Analyzing engine cycle performance and data
- Applying technical standards, principles, and advanced techniques
- Innovating solutions for complex technical challenges
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline
- Relevant experience (5+ years for Principal, 8+ years for Sr. Principal)
- Knowledge of engine thermodynamic cycles
- Active DoD Secret clearance or higher
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
- Preferred: Degree in Aerospace Engineering and experience with engine suppliers
- Preferred: Experience with CAD tools and computer modeling software
