Responsibilities
- Lead and direct cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) to meet program objectives.
- Measure and report program performance.
- Deliver presentations to customers and executive management.
- Participate in contract negotiations and manage program requirements.
- Establish and manage program baselines and budgets using Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Conduct risk and opportunity management practices.
- Cultivate customer relationships to develop further business opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree and 3 years of experience.
- Experience leading program performance tasks on schedule and budget.
- Basic competency in Project Management skills and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include a degree in a science or engineering field and PMP® certification.
- Strong experience in early conceptual development and technology maturation.
