Responsibilities
- Lead production planning, execution, and delivery to cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and cycle time.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships to identify growth opportunities.
- Direct cross-functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to achieve performance goals.
- Measure and report on program performance to stakeholders and leadership.
- Negotiate contracts, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure adherence to contracts, policies, and industry standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of program management experience OR a master’s degree and 8 years of program management experience.
- 5+ years managing production programs.
- Experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams within the aerospace/defense sector.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
- Active US Government DoD Secret security clearance with ability to get cleared for SAP.
- Preferred: PMP® certification and experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methods.
- Strong understanding of production and manufacturing processes.
