Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on manufacturing techniques to meet engineering designs.
- Participate in tool design reviews to enhance feasibility and reduce costs.
- Define sequences of operations for product builds.
- Investigate and initiate corrective actions for non-conforming products.
- Identify opportunities for producibility and affordability improvements.
- Review designs and create planning for subsystems.
- Act as the technical representative for the Manufacturing organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a STEM field with relevant experience.
- Active DOD Secret security clearance.
- Ability to obtain/maintain Special Access Program clearance.
- Experience with CAD programs like NX or Catia.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Strong communication skills for presenting product improvement proposals.
- Experience in aerospace defense manufacturing is preferred.
