Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of related experience or Master's degree with 8 years
- Related experience in technical project management, program management, or engineering
- Previous experience leading/managing teams
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management
- Active DoD Secret level clearance required
- Technical experience in test and evaluation or research development preferred
- Ability to apply knowledge of business and financial concepts to program decisions
