Responsibilities
- Support development and integration of EOIR subsystems and components.
- Develop and analyze requirements, translating customer needs into specifications.
- Perform model-based systems engineering and capture requirements.
- Conduct functional and performance analyses and detailed trade studies.
- Collaborate with engineers and program stakeholders.
- Maintain supplier documentation and support technical interchange meetings.
- Conduct testing of subsystem requirements and validate through aircraft ground and flight tests.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 2 years of related experience, or a Master's/Ph.D. with no experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Knowledge of EO/IR phenomenology and experience with airborne platforms.
- Preferred experience in EO/IR system modeling, digital image processing, and requirements management.
- Familiarity with model-based systems engineering tools and performance analysis software.
- Experience in supplier management and technical evaluations.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate technical issues effectively.
