Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems according to project scope.
- Evaluate vendor documents for compliance with specifications.
- Review schematics, diagrams, and other technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with electrical design codes and standards.
- Analyze design alternatives and present change requests.
- Develop and mature electrical designs for weapon systems.
- Collaborate and mentor team members during project execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
- 2 years of experience for Electrical Engineer or 5 years for Principal Electrical Engineer.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Knowledge of electrical principles and analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and engineering tools.
- Familiarity with electrical/power systems design.
- Experience with CAD tools and design software is preferred.
