Responsibilities
- Support configuration and integration trade studies and design maturation.
- Prepare Computer Aided Design (CAD) models for vehicle layouts and subsystem integration.
- Assist in vehicle design trade studies with team members and stakeholders.
- Participate in design reviews to mature air vehicle physical integration.
- Ensure physical integration layouts meet performance objectives and mission effectiveness.
- Collaborate with multiple disciplines including Airframe Structures and Aerodynamics.
- Track changes to the overall air vehicle configuration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 2 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with industry-standard CAD tools like Siemens NX or CATIA.
- Active DoD Secret clearance or higher.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program clearance.
- Experience with aircraft design and modeling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to Air Vehicle disciplines such as Aerodynamics and GNC.
