Responsibilities
- Integrate and test Prime Mission Equipment for ground support testing.
- Design lab bench test cables and support hardware analysis for maintainability and reliability.
- Create detailed equipment requirements and procurement documents.
- Develop hardware test processes and procedures for equipment qualification testing.
- Collaborate with system engineers, hardware designers, and integration/test engineers.
- Work in a lab environment to support various engineering tasks.
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment with diverse assignments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or higher.
- 2 years of related professional/military experience for Avionics Engineer level; 5 years for Principal level.
- Active DoD Secret level security clearance.
- Experience with Flight Avionics hardware and networking standards/protocols.
- Preferred experience with diagnostic tools and aircraft navigation systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
