Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on optimal design concepts for manufacturability.
  • Participate in tool design reviews for feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
  • Define and document the sequence of operations for product assembly.
  • Investigate non-conformance issues and initiate corrective actions.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance production processes.
  • Serve as a technical liaison for cost-effective MLI production.
  • Write detailed work instructions to improve production workflow efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government clearance.
  • 0-2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing principles and production operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools preferred.
  • Experience with Multi-Layered Insulation is a plus.
  • Experience in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment is preferred.
