Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on optimal design concepts for manufacturability.
- Participate in tool design reviews for feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Define and document the sequence of operations for product assembly.
- Investigate non-conformance issues and initiate corrective actions.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance production processes.
- Serve as a technical liaison for cost-effective MLI production.
- Write detailed work instructions to improve production workflow efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government clearance.
- 0-2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
- Familiarity with manufacturing principles and production operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools preferred.
- Experience with Multi-Layered Insulation is a plus.
- Experience in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment is preferred.
