Responsibilities
- Develop/update integration and test (I&T) test procedures, specifications, and limits.
- Execute I&T testing, monitor tests per specification, troubleshoot, and document all activities.
- Support testing/troubleshooting efforts with oversight from senior engineers.
- Maintain electrical ground support equipment (EGSE) and test equipment.
- Communicate effectively and coordinate with team leads and managers.
- Escalate test errors and manage testing processes.
- Participate in program review boards and other assigned duties.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field.
- Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance required.
- Ability to learn and integrate new programming languages or software applications.
- Experience with hardware or software testing and test scripting preferred.
- Experience in Electronics troubleshooting and programming languages like Python or C++.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira/Confluence and Git/Bitbucket.
- Relevant experience in the Aerospace or Defense industry is a plus.
