Responsibilities
- Perform analyses at all levels of total system product including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
- Ensure the conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions acknowledging technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
- Conduct functional analysis, timeline analysis, and detail trade studies.
- Allocate requirements and define interfaces to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
- Support technical planning and system integration tasks.
- Engage in verification and validation processes.
- Participate in cost and risk analyses for total systems.
Job Requirements
- Must be a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a STEM field.
- Must be available to work full-time for at least 10 weeks during summer 2026.
- Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
- Previous internship experience with Northrop Grumman is preferred.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher is preferred.
- Must be enrolled in Fall 2025 and Spring 2026.
- U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite for security clearance.
