Responsibilities
- Design complex, multilayer printed circuit boards.
- Drive and manage design through the development process from concept to production release.
- Verify prototype hardware under thermal and environmental conditions.
- Work with the Factory to release a high-quality product.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
Job Requirements
- Minimum B.Sc or B.Eng in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience designing complex PCB designs.
- Understanding of ultra high-speed PCB circuit design and methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with stack-up design, signal integrity simulation, and power circuitry (preferred).
- Familiarity with EMC/EMI/Safety and ITU/IEEE/Bellcore telecommunications standards (preferred).
- Programming/Scripting ability (C/Python) (preferred).
