Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily activities of repair and shipping teams.
- Evaluate KPIs and analyze performance data to meet business goals.
- Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, customer experience, and service quality.
- Manage team performance and development plans.
- Plan yearly budget and manage operational expenses.
- Identify head count requirements and hire new resources as needed.
- Collaborate with teams in remote locations and participate in global initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or closely related field.
- 3 years of experience in a quality engineering or manufacturing occupation.
- 2 years of experience creating quality documentation and analyzing data for repairs.
- 2 years of experience driving efficiency and improving quality in manufacturing.
- 2 years of experience managing ISO9001:2015 standards.
- 1 year of experience with project management tools such as JIRA, SFDC, AzDO.
- Must work in the office four days a week, with limited telecommuting.
