Responsibilities
- Develop and design microfluidics-based systems.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing SOPs.
- Participate in quality systems, engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory activities.
- Manage projects and documentation independently.
- Utilize CAD software, SolidWorks, and other design and simulation tools.
- Ensure compliance with ISO13485 and 14971 standards.
- Engage in hands-on work and wear multiple roles as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME); MSME preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience, particularly in medical devices and disposables.
- Strong knowledge of plastics engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in injection molding techniques and maintenance of molds.
- Familiarity with process capability and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and team skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment.
