Responsibilities
- Guide software engineering teams in developing flight software systems.
- Recruit and plan for organizational growth to meet business demands.
- Hire new team members and managers to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor team members and set high engineering standards.

- Collaborate with various teams to resolve design ambiguities.
- Implement processes and tools to accelerate design and development efforts.
Job Requirements
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of direct management experience.
- 10+ years of experience on high-performing embedded software teams.
- Experience managing multiple teams and driving high performance.
- Proven ability in owning complex software systems from design to production.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Nice-to-have: Proficiency in programming languages like C/C++, Python, or Rust.
