Responsibilities
- Manage execution of work by teams and team members, providing technical direction and problem-solving solutions.
- Mentor direct reports in Systems Engineering and career development.
- Supervise team members by providing goals, feedback, and recognition.
- Support new business initiatives through trade studies and customer presentations.
- Advance the product development process by providing technical support and developing tools.
- Participate in the Engineering Leadership Team to set direction and develop processes.
- Provide technical expertise to Systems Engineering and cross-disciplinary engineering teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Aerospace preferred).
- 7+ years of Engineering experience (or 5+ years with a Master's).
- Team/project leadership experience.
- Proficiency with DOORS requirements management tool.
- Knowledge across all Systems Engineering domains.
- Critical thinking and relationship-building skills.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
