Responsibilities
- Lead reliability and safety analyses for aerospace development programs.
- Conduct Reliability Prediction and Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
- Perform Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Flight Safety Probability of Loss of Control (PLOC) Analysis.
- Execute Safety Hazard Analysis (SHA) and Common Mode Analysis (CMA).
- Develop Physics of Failure (PoF) models and Built-in-Test (BIT) coverage.
- Provide leadership on programs involving complex hardware integration.
- Evaluate reliability/safety requirements and recommend strategies to reduce program risk.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or aerospace engineering.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Reliability Engineer.
- Strong analytical skills and technical insight.
- Experience with reliability/safety analyses in aerospace development.
- Ability to guide cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
- Knowledge of reliability prediction and safety analysis methodologies.
- Understanding of complex hardware systems and their integration.
