Responsibilities
- Work with customers and product development teams from product conception to qualification.
- Provide technical support for strategic accounts and drive customer issue resolution.
- Define product test requirements based on customer applications.
- Interpret industry standards and customer requirements for product features.
- Maintain expert knowledge of transceiver bit rates and related technologies.
- Mentor application and development engineers on technical challenges.
- Generate marketing collateral such as data sheets and application notes.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a design/system/applications engineer, with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
- Experience in system failure analysis and debugging.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and embedded software/firmware.
- Knowledge of networking PHY layer architecture and transceiver technology.
- Hands-on lab experience.
- Ability to prioritize assignments and work independently.
