Responsibilities
- Perform engineering activities for new and existing HVSD products.
- Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and design drawings.
- Create purchasing specifications and participate in vendor qualification.
- Review customer specifications and provide special design options.
- Prepare and maintain Instruction Books (IBs) for circuit breakers.
- Supervise preparation of drawings for manufacturing and customer needs.
- Lead root cause evaluations and recommend design improvements.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering degree with 3-5 years of design engineering experience.
- Advanced knowledge of circuit breaker technology and power transmission (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in reading and creating technical drawings.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CAD software, and ERP/MRP systems.
