Responsibilities
- Define, track, and drive improvements to equipment availability and reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR, NPT).
- Identify reliability bottlenecks and single-point failures in equipment.
- Lead root cause analyses for equipment failures and downtime events.
- Develop and enhance preventive and condition-based maintenance programs.
- Provide on-site support during first-of-kind operations and new equipment introductions.
- Act as a liaison between reliability and design/technology teams for future improvements.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve equipment issues and validate warranty claims.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or Reliability Engineering.
- 5–10+ years of experience in coiled tubing operations or similar environments.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic and mechanical systems and high-pressure equipment.
- Experience with RCA methodologies and maintenance optimization.
- Ability to work with incomplete data in dynamic environments.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
