Responsibilities
- Oversee preparation of technical documents, including drawings and Bills of Material (BOMs).
- Collaborate with Support Services team to create integrated design solutions.
- Develop product BOMs and design drawings that meet customer requirements.
- Assist in evaluating fielded products for upgrades and refurbishments.
- Coordinate engineering deliverables with project timelines.
- Manage external design resources to align with Division standards.
- Recommend and implement design improvements and cost reductions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 0-3 years’ experience in a design engineering role.
- Intermediate knowledge of industrial/utility-grade power equipment.
- Experience reading and creating technical drawings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CAD tools and 3D modeling software.
