Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of up to ten engineers.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback and support.
- Mitigate technical and personnel issues, escalating as necessary.
- Collect and combine annual feedback for compensation and promotion suggestions.
- Identify resource gaps for equipment and support hiring efforts.
- Participate in weekly staffing meetings with other mechanical ETLs.
- Advocate for team members in company meetings regarding their progress and needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
- Minimum of 6 years of work experience.
- Experience as a REA, project lead, or equivalent.
- Preferred: 2 years of CAM experience.
- Previous technical leadership experience, including mentoring.
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- Ability to apply for and maintain a security clearance.
