Responsibilities
- Drive thought leadership in sustainable design and circularity metrics.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sustainability and repairability goals.
- Define and evolve OKRs aligned with Xbox hardware product roadmaps and sustainability goals.
- Partner with finance and operations to model and track carbon assessments and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.
- Embody Microsoft’s culture and values.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of experience in engineering or related fields.
- 3+ years managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience in environmental and sustainability initiatives.
- Preferred: 10+ years in engineering or technical program management.
- Preferred: 8+ years managing cross-functional projects.
- Preferred: Experience with coding and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and environmental compliance standards.
