Responsibilities
- Actively own engineering responsibilities for assigned processes.
- Ensure World-Class Manufacturing concepts are pursued and support continuous improvement programs.
- Perform in-depth studies for process and product improvement opportunities.
- Support product engineering for all production products and interface with various engineering disciplines.
- Design, run, and document experiments under the direction of senior engineers.
- Create and maintain test specifications and manufacturing documentation.
- Understand and implement relevant quality specifications and standards.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical/Manufacturing discipline within the last two years.
- Ability to think holistically and creatively to solve problems.
- Experience or practical knowledge of best-practice engineering principles.
- Familiarity with statistical methods such as SPC, Gage R&R, DOE, etc.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.
- Well-organized with multitasking capabilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
