Responsibilities
- Drive platform definition and program execution involving operating system concepts, hardware and software interfaces.
- Communicate high-level goals into action plans and vice-versa for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and manage cross-functional programs, identifying risks and optimizing resources.
- Ensure visibility, accountability, and execution in software development areas.
- Understand technology requirements and develop plans for mitigating risks across multiple products.
- Serve as the escalation point for execution and manage integration across program areas.
- Drive technical strategy and contribute to engineering deliverables including specifications and test plans.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, hardware engineering, software engineering, or technical program management.
- Experience leading technology investments from innovation to delivery.
- Proven ability to navigate complex products and programs with technical and product tradeoffs.
- Strong skills in gathering requirements and defining scope.
- Experience working independently across multiple teams and time zones.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with large-scale systems.
