Responsibilities
- Partner with the Cross Functional HW Engineering team to define and execute next generation hardware products.
- Coordinate and drive engineering design deliverables including specifications, DOE, and validation plans.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop best practices and technology development processes.
- Provide strategic guidance for the hardware development budget process across multiple programs.
- Oversee Design Engineering Services budget management and program resource forecasting.
- Develop and implement best practices, tools, and processes to improve program efficiency.
- Communicate program statuses, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders at all levels.
Job Requirements
- BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management or hardware development.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with budget oversight.
- Experience working with external manufacturing partners and internal cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
