Responsibilities
- Bootstrap programs in ambiguous areas, managing multiple cross-organizational interdependencies.
- Develop and manage cross-functional Consumer Electronics programs, optimizing resources and managing dependencies.
- Drive visibility, accountability, and execution across software development areas.
- Understand technology stack and roadmap, addressing technical challenges and business needs.
- Develop best practices and product development processes in a fast-changing environment.
- Serve as the escalation point for execution and visibility across the program.
- Coordinate engineering deliverables, including architectural diagrams and test plans.
Job Requirements
- Experience leading execution across complex products and programs.
- Ability to operate autonomously across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong communication skills for translating goals into action plans.
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
- 7+ years of experience as a technical program manager in hardware/software development.
- B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- Preferred experience in delivering technical programs related to Consumer HW products.
