Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Design Engineering to define and execute hardware products.
- Coordinate engineering design deliverables, including specifications and validation plans.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop best practices in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage delivery of hardware components and qualification for mass production.
- Create schedules based on system requirements and business needs.
- Communicate program statuses and manage internal and external partnerships.
- Ensure program documentation is complete and accessible for review.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a technology development program manager in consumer electronics.
- Experience with ODM, JDM, and CM vendor engagement models.
- Knowledge of phase gate technology development programs.
- Experience in mechanical system development and validation processes.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Experience collaborating with technical management teams across multiple projects.
