Responsibilities
- Lead technical program management for AI/ML platforms in a matrix organization.
- Collaborate with engineering and business owners to define program requirements and priorities.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively.
- Develop and own communication plans to inform stakeholders of program status and issues.
- Partner with teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, and testing.
- Define and track key metrics and performance indicators for program deliverables.
- Identify and analyze complex infrastructure problems with engineering leaders.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or hardware engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in delivering Network solutions for Data Center applications.
- Proven experience in delivering tech programs from inception to delivery.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Analytical experience with large-scale systems.
- Understanding of the Network communication stack and Network Hardware components.
