Responsibilities
- Lead technical program management of AI/ML platforms for Meta's network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to define program requirements and priorities.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively.
- Develop and own communication plans for program status and stakeholder updates.
- Partner with teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, and implementation.
- Define and track key metrics for program deliverables.
- Identify and analyze complex infrastructure problems with stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in software, systems, hardware engineering, or technical program management.
- 8+ years delivering network solutions for data center applications.
- Experience with program/product delivery from inception to completion.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Analytical skills with experience in large-scale systems.
- Understanding of network communication stack and hardware components.
