Responsibilities
- Develop and lead complex cross-functional program plans including milestones and schedules.
- Structure new programs and projects with end-to-end execution plans.
- Build technical roadmaps and identify dependencies, constraints, and risks.
- Lead discussions to secure alignment across partner teams.
- Provide timely communication regarding planning, status, issues, and risks.
- Support the development of technical program management best practices.
- Design and scale processes to drive team efficiency and program effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience guiding cross-functional teams through the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and facilitate timely decisions.
- Track record of building and launching new products.
- Effective communication skills across diverse disciplines.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Preferred: Graduate degree in a technical discipline and experience with novel audio technologies.
