Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in robotics, product development, and operations management.
- Strong knowledge of robotics, mechatronics, and automation technologies.
- Experience with product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
