Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with infrastructure partners to define hardware design requirements and specifications.
- Lead hardware architecture reviews with software and system teams to identify and address potential design gaps.
- Perform mechanical design for robotics applications, focusing on structural integrity and manufacturability.
- Lead hardware proof-of-concept developments and conduct thorough analysis and testing.

- Lead DFx efforts and contribute to hardware assembly process development.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in hardware lifecycle management.
- Comprehensive understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software for 3D modeling and simulation.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and manufacturing processes relevant to robotics hardware.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to conduct thorough analysis.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
