Responsibilities
- Develop Electrical & Mechanical Engineering modeling tools for data center design and build-out.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and research scientists to address physical modeling challenges.
- Implement scalable algorithms for Data Center digital models.
- Identify and prototype algorithms and analyze results from prototype experiments.
- Apply coding skills to implement computations in collaboration with other teams.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in a full-time PhD program in relevant engineering or science fields.
- Fundamental knowledge of physical systems, signal processing, and numerical computational algorithms.
- Ability to analyze complex, high-dimensional data from noisy sources.
- Proficiency in Python for software development in research applications.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills for quantitative analysis.
- Intent to return to degree program post-internship (preferred).
- Experience in thermal simulation or mechanical system controls (preferred).
