Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical and electrical systems for robotics.
- Support parts manufacturing through collaboration with partners.
- Assemble robots, constructing sub-assemblies to full prototypes.
- Conduct failure analysis by building test fixtures and performing tests.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver technical solutions.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Mechanical/Electrical Design Engineering.
- Experience in designing electromechanical assemblies for robotics.
- Proficiency with CAD tools like SOLIDWORKS or Siemens NX.
- Familiarity with prototyping processes and materials.
- Knowledge of embedded systems and communication protocols.
- Experience in tolerance analysis and GD&T.
- BS degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
