Responsibilities
- Define, document, implement, and maintain a Product Quality Plan (PQP) for manufacturing quality control.
- Qualify manufacturing processes in development and mass production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on specification reviews.
- Assess and select suppliers while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Establish traceability throughout the hardware product supply chain.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to improve yields.
- Analyze test data using statistical methods to identify issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in product engineering or related field.
- Experience working with minimal guidance.
- Familiarity with Quality tools.
- Experience debugging hardware failures and identifying root causes.
- Preferred experience with high volume consumer electronics products.
- Ability to analyze and resolve Product Quality issues using Quality tools and Failure Analysis techniques.
