Responsibilities
- Lead all analog and power system architecture and charging architecture.
- Select chipsets and integrate systems for battery-powered products.
- Create power models and perform power circuit design, simulation, and validation.
- Characterize power consumption and battery performance during product development.
- Generate design documentation and conduct prototype bring-up and validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage technical issues during development.
- Evaluate innovative solutions for cost, size, efficiency, and reliability.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in low power design in consumer electronics.
- Knowledge of power conversion characteristics and battery management systems.
- Experience with PCB technologies and power delivery network simulations.
- Preferred: 8+ years of experience and advanced degrees (MS or PhD).
- Demonstrated experience in product development and technical team leadership.
- Familiarity with physical layout and electrical performance relationships.
