Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical development of complex systems or multiple subsystems.
- Define and drive electrical architecture and system integration for major projects.
- Conduct cross-functional design reviews and resolve technical conflicts.
- Drive innovation by implementing new technologies and methodologies.
- Oversee hardware bring-up, debugging, and support for manufacturing and deployment.
- Evaluate vendor solutions to ensure alignment with Meta’s requirements.
- Mentor and coach engineers at all levels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical design and system-level architecture.
- Demonstrated technical leadership in electrical engineering domains.
- Experience delivering products from concept to mass production.
- Proficiency with design and simulation tools (e.g., Cadence, MATLAB).
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in AI tools integration and power system architecture.
