Responsibilities
- Support electrical system development, qualification, and integration from concept to mass production.
- Design schematics, direct board layout, conduct design reviews, and draft documentation.
- Manage hardware bring-up and debugging processes.
- Support manufacturing and assembly builds, including failure mode analysis and root cause diagnosis.
- Collaborate with suppliers to align their roadmaps with product development.
- Work in a team environment across various engineering disciplines to manage system trade-offs.
- Conduct power consumption characterization and optimization for new product introductions.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in system or consumer electrical design.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Proficiency in schematic and board design using Cadence or equivalent tools.
- Experience with high-speed digital test equipment and power management technologies.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in dynamic development environments.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and innovative solutions for product development.
