Responsibilities
- Lead and assist in new data center designs, integrating technological advancements while balancing business priorities.
- Research and develop new data center cooling technologies/systems to enhance cost, reliability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams to achieve optimized product designs.
- Work on prefabricated solutions and component offerings for new design products.
- Partner with the Site Selection team on site due diligence and master planning projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and vet design solutions.
- Drive design schedules and ensure milestones are met.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in critical facilities design, engineering, or management.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of heat absorption and rejection systems in data centers.
- Project management experience coordinating multiple teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to establish working relationships and resolve conflicts.
- Preferred: Advanced degree, Professional Engineering Registration, data center mechanical systems design experience.
