Responsibilities
- Lead and assist in new data center designs, integrating technological advancements while balancing business priorities.
- Research and develop new cooling technologies/systems for data centers to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams to optimize new product designs for cost and operational efficiency.
- Work on prefabricated solutions and component offerings in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with the Site Selection team on site due diligence and master planning projects.
- Drive design schedules and ensure milestones are met in collaboration with design and construction teams.
- Respond to emergencies as needed.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in critical facilities design and management.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of data center heat absorption and rejection systems.
- Project management experience coordinating consultant and contractor teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for technical details.
- Ability to establish working relationships and resolve conflicts.
- Preferred: Control Systems design experience and advanced degree (MS or PhD).
