Responsibilities
- Lead and assist in new data center designs, integrating technological advancements with business priorities.
- Research and develop new cooling technologies for data centers to enhance cost-effectiveness and reliability.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams to optimize holistic product designs.
- Work on prefabricated solutions and component offerings for new designs.
- Partner with the Site Selection team on site due diligence and master planning.
- Drive design schedules and milestones for construction projects.
- Respond to emergencies as needed and travel up to 25% of the time.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in critical facilities design and management.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of data center heat absorption and rejection systems.
- Project management experience coordinating multiple teams.
- Strong communication skills for conveying technical details.
- Ability to establish working relationships and resolve conflicts.
- Preferred: Control Systems design experience and advanced degree.
