Responsibilities
- Lead projects through all phases of design and construction as the technical domain lead for Mechanical Engineering.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues and ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare and manage project contracts and deliverables, including RFPs and change proposals.
- Hold engineering teams accountable for performance and deliverables.
- Participate in testing and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain project documentation and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Support the onboarding of new team members and develop cross-discipline knowledge.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering and Registered Professional Engineer.
- 15+ years of experience in mission-critical building design and construction.
- Proficient in design software such as Revit/BIM and Bluebeam.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in project management and cost estimating.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
