Mechanical Engineer - Robotics Hardware Engineering

The role involves designing and developing complex robotics systems, focusing on mechanical design, analysis, and integration while ensuring safety and quality standards.

• Design and analyze mechanical structures and mechanisms for robotics.
• Support part fabrication and complex custom sub-assembly.
• Assemble robot prototypes from sub-assemblies to full systems.
• Conduct failure analysis, including building test fixtures and analyzing data.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver technical solutions.
• Engage in continuous learning and tackle new technologies.
• Manage time-sensitive projects and balance priorities.

• 8+ years of experience in Mechanical Design Engineering.
• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with complex electromechanical assemblies.
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as SOLIDWORKS or Siemens NX.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Experience in tolerance analysis and GD&T.
• Preferred experience in robotics and consumer electronic product design.
