Responsibilities
- Conduct vendor audits and establish vendor improvement objectives.
- Develop and monitor quality program metrics to evaluate vendor performance.
- Mentor and develop offsite vendor teams to meet manufacturing expectations.
- Establish effective processes and standards for efficient scope execution.
- Provide leadership to vendor and onsite management teams.
- Coordinate quality issues and schedule dynamics between various teams.
- Audit quality activities and recommend corrective actions for non-conformances.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
- Experience in problem-solving and quality tools.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Preferred certifications in quality management or project management.
- Technical knowledge of data centers and critical systems.
