Responsibilities
- Conduct vendor audits and evaluate performance data to establish improvement objectives.
- Develop and monitor quality program metrics to assess vendor performance and address trends.
- Mentor and develop offsite vendor teams to exceed manufacturing expectations.
- Collaborate with various teams to establish effective processes and standards for project execution.
- Provide leadership to vendor and onsite management teams, interfacing with multiple stakeholders.
- Train vendor personnel on quality procedures and responsibilities.
- Coordinate quality issues and schedule dynamics across teams to ensure operational readiness.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and relationships.
- Certification as ASQ quality manager or engineer preferred.
- Technical knowledge of data centers and critical systems is a plus.
- Experience with project management and relevant software tools.
