Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of experienced TPMs to support rapid infrastructure growth.
- Identify and analyze complex infrastructure challenges with engineering leaders.
- Develop partnerships with technical and non-technical roles across the organization.
- Coach and provide development opportunities for TPM talent.
- Foster a team that creates customer-centric products with effective communication.
- Mentor the team in identifying technical problem statements and defining programs.
- Align and guide cross-functional teams to deliver technical outcomes.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in hardware engineering or technical program management.
- 4+ years of experience as a People Manager.
- Experience leading large-scale technical programs from inception to delivery.
- Proven relationship-building skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience in Hardware New Product Introduction and the hardware development life cycle.
