Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 8-10 engineers in developing and scaling platforms and technologies.
- Collaborate with Hardware Design, Sourcing, and Datacenter teams during product development.
- Manage vendor relationships during new product introduction and sustaining phases.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members and partner teams.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system failures and work with stakeholders for resolutions.
- Participate in technical design discussions and influence product strategy.
- Drive engineering efforts through effective cross-functional communication.
Job Requirements
- BS or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a People Manager.
- 6+ years in domains like ASIC development, compute, storage, or AI-ML hardware/software.
- Knowledge of server architecture and components.
- Experience in strategic implementation and planning.
- Skills in developing and managing requirements with data-driven decision-making.
- Preferred experience leading teams in modules like Servers, CPU, SSDs, and Network.
