Responsibilities
- Drive hardware and technology teams through engineering design, development, and validation phases for MR products.
- Provide technical ownership and guidance for hardware product decisions.
- Manage all aspects of system engineering from requirements definition to risk mitigation.
- Develop processes for documentation and cross-functional alignment during product development.
- Empower collaboration and lead decision-making for innovative solutions.
- Plan verification and validation strategies to ensure hardware systems meet requirements.
- Manage data-driven methods for developing system requirements and verification deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in integrated hardware and software product development with successful market delivery.
- Experience with full-life cycle product launches and managing urgent projects.
- Proven technical proficiency in hardware disciplines such as electrical and mechanical engineering.
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Analytical skills for testing, debugging, and root cause analysis of hardware.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts and align product requirements across teams.
