Responsibilities
- Drive hardware and technology teams through design, development, and validation phases for Mixed Reality products.
- Provide technical ownership and guidance for hardware product decisions.
- Manage system engineering aspects from requirement definition to risk mitigation.
- Develop processes for documentation and cross-functional alignment during product development.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and decision-making for innovative solutions.
- Plan and execute verification and validation strategies for hardware systems.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in hardware and software product development.
- Experience managing urgent projects with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in hardware disciplines such as electrical engineering and systems engineering.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in cross-functional team management.
- Analytical skills for testing, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts and align on product requirements.
