Responsibilities
- Drive hardware and technology teams through phases of engineering design, development, and validation for Mixed Reality products.
- Provide technical ownership and guidance for hardware product decisions.
- Manage all aspects of system engineering from requirements definition to risk mitigation.
- Develop processes and checklists for comprehensive documentation and cross-functional alignment.
- Empower cross-functional collaboration and lead efficient decision-making processes.
- Plan and drive verification and validation strategies for hardware systems.
- Manage data-driven methods for developing system requirements and verification deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience in integrated hardware and software product development.
- Proven technical proficiency in hardware disciplines such as electrical engineering and systems engineering.
- Solid leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills for testing, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Proven track record in conveying complex technical concepts and aligning product requirements.
- Preferred: Masters or Ph.D. degree in Engineering or related field and previous consumer electronics experience.
